Pitta Protein Power Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dates (pitted)
  • 1/2 cup almonds (Pitta-pacifying nut)
  • 1/2 cup cashews (Pitta-pacifying nut)
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds (high in protein)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

 

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, blend the dates until they form a paste.
  2. Add the almonds, cashews, cardamom, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and hemp seeds. Blend until the mixture is well combined and forms a dough-like consistency.
  3. Add the coconut oil and blend again until mixed thoroughly.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

 

Protein per serving:

  • Approximately 10g per serving (2 balls per serving).
