What can you expect?
This short but very effective 5 day Detox will consist of 1 preparation day, 3 days of mono diet and 1 integration day. The monodiet consists 2 delicious kitchari meals a day and a porridge breakfast.
For the other days you will receive my Recipe book and a Detox Guide that will help you with your groceries and preparations.
I will support you by sending you daily supportive emails, Yoga, Pranayama and Self Care Instructions and overall Ayurvedic tips and tricks. We will also have a whatsapp group for daily questions and support.
Before we kick off I will invite you to a Preparation Tutorial on Friday the 5th of January to talk you through our 5 day Ayurvedic RESET and answer any questions or concerns you might have.
