I bring Ayurveda, yoga, and holistic practices into daily life and the workplace, offering corporate wellness workshops and holistic burnout prevention to support stress relief, focus, and balance. I also host small-group circles, sound baths, breathwork, and cacao ceremonies to help you pause, reconnect, and restore. And at the heart of it all is food—Ayurvedic recipes are a cornerstone of my work, and I’m excited to share them in my upcoming book.
