- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
Instructions:
- Blend the watermelon, mint leaves, and turmeric until smooth.
- Stir in the chia seeds and coconut water.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
