Coconut Rose Lassi

Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon rosewater
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • A pinch of cardamom

 

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve chilled with a sprinkle of cardamom.

 

Protein per serving: ~9 grams

Ayurvedic Side Note: Rosewater and coconut are naturally cooling, helping reduce heat, while yogurt aids digestion.
