Coconut Mango Bliss Balls

Ingredients (Makes 8 balls, Serves 2):

  • 1 cup dried mango (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

 

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Roll into 8 balls and coat with shredded coconut.
  3. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

 

Protein per serving (4 balls): ~7 grams

Ayurvedic Side Note: Cooling coconut and sweet mango pacify Pitta, while ghee and yogurt nourish and ground.
