Ingredients (Serves 2):
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream
- 1/4 cucumber, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
- A pinch of salt
- Lentil chips for dipping
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve chilled with lentil chips.
