Ingredients:
- 1 cup dates (pitted)
- 1/2 cup almonds (Pitta-pacifying nut)
- 1/2 cup cashews (Pitta-pacifying nut)
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds (high in protein)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions:
- In a food processor, blend the dates until they form a paste.
- Add the almonds, cashews, cardamom, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and hemp seeds. Blend until the mixture is well combined and forms a dough-like consistency.
- Add the coconut oil and blend again until mixed thoroughly.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Approximately 10g per serving (2 balls per serving).
