Ingredients (Serves 2):
- 1/2 cup basmati rice
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon honey
- A pinch of cardamom
Instructions:
- Cook rice in coconut milk until soft.
- Stir in shredded coconut, honey, and cardamom. Serve warm or chilled.
