Ingredients (Serves 2):
- 1 cup fresh paneer cubes
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Heat ghee, sauté paneer with turmeric.
- Add spinach, coconut milk, tomato puree, and spices. Simmer until thickened.
- Serve with flatbread or rice.
