Coconut Cardamom Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (optional)

 

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until creamy.
  2. Serve in bowls, topped with shredded coconut and nuts.

 

Protein per serving: ~8 grams

Ayurvedic Side Note: Cooling coconut and cardamom soothe Pitta, while yogurt adds grounding protein.
