Coconut Almond Fudge

Ingredients (Makes 6 pieces, Serves 2):

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 1 tablespoon honey

 

Instructions:

  1. Melt ghee, stir in coconut cream, almond flour, shredded coconut, and honey.
  2. Spread in a dish and chill until set. Cut into 6 pieces.

 

Protein per serving (3 pieces): ~7 grams

Ayurvedic Side Note: Almonds and coconut nourish and cool Pitta, while ghee grounds and hydrates.
