Ingredients (Makes 6 pieces, Serves 2):
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
- Melt ghee, stir in coconut cream, almond flour, shredded coconut, and honey.
- Spread in a dish and chill until set. Cut into 6 pieces.
Protein per serving (3 pieces): ~7 grams
