Ingredients (Serves 2):
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
- Cook oats, chia seeds, and shredded coconut with coconut milk until thickened.
- Stir in almond butter and honey. Serve warm.
