  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 large banana (mashed)

  • 1 tablespoon ghee (for richness and Vata pacification)
  • 1/2 cup high-protein plant-based milk (such as soy or pea milk)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (for extra protein and fiber)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of nutmeg (optional, for extra warmth)
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (for topping before baking)

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup high-protein soy yogurt (for creaminess)
  • Fresh berries (for serving)
  • Optional: A drizzle of honey (for natural sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small baking dish with ghee.
  2. Prepare the oat mixture: In a large bowl, mix the mashed banana, oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, turmeric, vanilla extract, high-protein plant-based milk, ghee, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Top with frozen berries: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth it out evenly. Scatter the frozen mixed berries on top.
  4. Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown on top and set in the middle.
