Pitta Pacifying Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups watermelon (diced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric

 

Instructions:

  1. Blend the watermelon, mint leaves, and turmeric until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds and coconut water.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

 

Protein per serving:

  • Approximately 2g per serving (1 popsicle per serving).

 

Ayurvedic Sidenote:

Watermelon and mint are naturally cooling and hydrating, perfect for pacifying Pitta dosha. Turmeric adds its anti-inflammatory benefits, making these popsicles a refreshing and healing treat.
