Ingredients (Serves 2):
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Instructions:
- Heat ghee, sauté bell peppers, turmeric, and tomatoes.
- Add chickpeas and coconut milk. Simmer until thickened.
Protein per serving: ~13 grams
